About the ELD Mandate

As of January 1, 2023, the Canadian ELD regulation will be mandatory for most federally and some provincially regulated operators of commercial motor vehicles. This means that all drivers of commercial motor vehicles that are currently required to maintain a paper logbook in Canada will need to be 3rd party certified ELD.
